Retriever Essentials has seen a huge increase in demand since the semester started. Please look through the list below and see if you can help donate some items to help our campus community with food insecurity.
Red Zone: Highest need
- All toiletries (oral care items, shower items, menstrual products, deodorant)
- Peanut butter
- Pasta
- Cereal
- Shelf-stable milk
- Oatmeal
- Rice
- Halal foods
Orange Zone: Medium need
- Vegetarian soups
- Ramen
- Jelly/jam/preserves
- Tomato paste
- Mac and cheese
- Snacks
- Condoms
Green Zone: Lowest need
- Canned or instant potatoes
- Cream of mushroom soup
- Beef stew or beef and veggie soup
- Canned mixed fruit or fruit cocktail
- Canned peaches
- Canned pineapple
- Canned chicken
We do not accept
- Heavily dented, damaged, or open packaging
- Expired food

- Commons (by the front desk)
- AOK Library Atrium
- (not preferred) Campus Police Station (please note that we do not have a vehicle and this spot is the most difficult for us to access)
