Alternative Work Arrangement Survey

As we continue to enhance our work environment and lead in the higher education space, UMBC is requesting your anonymous feedback in assessing and evolving our current Alternative Work Arrangement program. Please note that this survey is intended for all full-time faculty, staff, and contingent II employees.

While your positive anecdotal feedback has been useful, metrics matter and our hope is that the data from this survey will provide us with an opportunity to capture and articulate the value of this program as well as make continuous improvements.
