Volunteers Needed for Lego Robotics Championship Saturday
This Saturday UMBC is hosting the Maryland First Lego League state championships. Its a fantastic event in which hundreds of 9-14 year old kids descend on the campus for the day, competing and taking part in this great event.
The tournament is in need of volunteers for everything from judging to setup to general support, no experience is required, and its a wonderful event to be a part of and to see all of the amazing work these kids have done throughout the year to get to this point and how excited and passionate they all are.
UMBC's community has always been great about providing support in the past, and the tournament is again in need of assistance both Friday for setup and Saturday for the event itself.
