Keys to Bold Speaking and Communication
Thursday, April 12
Fine Arts Recital Hall.
This full day program has something for everyone. Based on campus feedback, the event will focus on communication skills. In the morning, we are excited to be bringing in an Emmy award-winning TEDx speaker coach, Jan Fox, to present a workshop on “Keys to Bold Speaking and Communication.” In the afternoon, we will be highlighting several of our talented faculty and staff in an inspirational “Retriever Talks” TEDx style event.
Please consider sharing your story! Submit a story or experience that is representative of our culture of inclusive excellence, community and innovation. Story submissions are welcome from all employees (exempt, non-exempt, and faculty). Everyone has a story and speakers chosen will have an opportunity to be coached by Jan and Workplace Learning and Wellness to help hone their message and presentation before the event.
